Important Information for Text for Balance Service:

When setting up accounts for mobile banking services, nicknames must be 5 characters or less. By default some are 6 characters and these must be changed to 5 or less for ALL ACCOUNTS, even if you haven't selected to have access with your mobile phone.

Please Note: Cornerstone Credit Union provides the Text for Balance services free to its members. You may, however be charged by your mobile phone carrier for the text messages. These charges may vary depending on your mobile plan.

E-statements:

Monthly statements will continue to be provided on paper until the E-statement functionality is available. There is a project currently underway to re-establish this feature; and if you previously had subscribed to E-statements as soon as the functionality is available we will automatically move your account(s) to this option. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

Accessing Credential Asset Management (CAM) & Credential Securities Inc. (CSI) Account Information:

Mutual funds and investments held through Credential Asset Management (CAM) and Credential Securities Inc (CSI) are not currently displayed through MemberDirect online banking. To obtain online access to these investment accounts, please contact your Investment Advisor to get set up for online access.

ePost:

e-Post users are to delete their e-Post vendors on MemberDirect prior to the conversion (May 15th). Once MemberDirect is up after the conversion (May 19th) members will need to re-add ePost vendors. If you get duplicate emails indicating that your bill is ready, please contact ePost at 1-877-376-1212.

Loan Payments:

The loan payment functionality is currently not available through MemberDirect online banking or TeleService telephone banking. If you would like to submit a loan payment there is a link on MemberDirect to a secure Loan Payment Form. Loan payments submitted using this form will be processed the next business day.

Changes affecting Accounting Software linked to MemberDirect:

If you currently download your account history through MemberDirect into an Accounting Software program please be sure to download your account activity through MemberDirect online banking as close to May 15th as possible. After the banking system conversion you will need to re-link your accounts in your Accounting program.

We have been provided with the attached guide that provides instructions for linking and unlinking accounts for specific Accounting Software programs. If the version of your program is not listed here, the instructions may still be similar, however if you require further assistance please use the help function on your software program.

New Feature - Change to Available Balance:

After the conversion, the Available balance on your ATM receipts will be calculated somewhat differently than before. Below is an example of what your receipt will look like and an explanation as to how the Available balance will be calculated:

BALANCE- the balance refers to the amount of funds that are currently on deposit.

AVAILABLE - this item 'AVAILABLE' now represents the amount of funds on deposit, PLUS your line of credit PLUS your savings accounts available for coverdrafting (less any holds).
